Immediate 12+ month needs in New Haven, CT for two Trainer / BA positions within our client's Research Administration department. These positions will help to rollout a new electronic grants submission system to the Medical School. The successful candidate for this position has proven change management experience, has demonstrated experience providing hands-on, classroom and auditorium style training, enjoys working with people, is flexible and enjoys change, and has excellent communication skills. This position will provide business analysis as hands-on training occurs, working with faculty and staff in electronic submission of grant proposals. Experience working with faculty is preferred as is knowledge of InfoEd software. The candidates will be responsible for developing training plans for deployment, managing the training calendar, driving the communications for the project, and preparing information for post-production support. Readiness assessments will be needed as each team is trained on the use of the new system.
