Customer Service Advisor / Case Handler - We have opportunities for this role in Poole £15,215 per annum + excellent benefits 12 months fixed term contract Exceptional customer service. As a Complaint Handler, you'll play a central role in ensuring our customers are treated fairly and consistently, by acting on customer feedback to address issues quickly and effectively, ensuring that consistent and exemplary customer service standards underpin consumer relations at Barclays. What you'll give our customers It's no easy task to provide a world class service for all our customers, but that's exactly what you'll strive to do. You'll manage correspondence with customers, investigating and resolving complex complaints, at all times ensuring adherence to operational risk and rigour standards. Focusing on meeting service level agreements, you'll deliver an exceptional customer service that meets expectations and shows them that their voice has been heard. What you'll need In devoting focus to meeting customer service levels both individually and within your team, you'll demonstrate good banking experience, excellent grammar and letter writing skills, a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and FSA guidelines. We'll expect you to have experience of dealing with complaints through to their satisfactory resolution, and if you can support that with the analytical, decision making and negotiation skills to mitigate between customer and business needs, you'll have the right mix for a Customer Service Specialist at Barclays, working with our customer services team. As the main focus of this role is providing excellent customer service, you'll be as comfortable speaking with our customers on inbound and outbound calls as through writing to them.
