Responsibilities: Support enhancements, and projects for Peoplesoft Enterprise (HR, Benefits, Payroll); Provide PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM functional thought leadership to the team; Collaborate with the technical and business teams to develop functional designs; Perform and participate in Fit/Gap analysis against PeopleSoft delivered capability; Develop Functional design documents; Collect requirements for multiple functional areas; Support all testing activities including the creation of test scripts for System, UAT and Integration testing; Serve as a liaison between business unit and technical teams providing production support. Requirements: Experience in the following areas of PeopleSoft - HR, Benefit Admin, Self-Service, Compensation, Time and Labor and Payroll modules; Experience with Requirements Definition, mapping and gap-analysis; Experience using PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL tools to assist users with reporting, research, and data extracts; Experience with table structures; Experience speaking to users in Functional Business Terms and to developers in Technical PeopleSoft terms; Excellent communication skills; US citizens or permanent residents only.
