This Help Desk Support Technician performs basic account management functions including: Tracking and managing of user access requests from assignment through closure within prescribed SLA's Monitoring requests within assigned queue(s) Provisioning of user accounts within AMT-supported applications Working knowledge of the following needed: ExpRESS ticketing workflow and system functions Account Management and/or Service Desk processes Active Directory User Account Administration Escalation processes and procedures SOX / PCI requirements as they pertain to assigned job activities Travel industry and travel industry specific applications (if possible) Technical skills: Record, track, escalate, update and close-out customer requests for new account access, changes to existing access or deletion of existing accounts using ExpRESS ticketing workflow system Provision end user accounts as prescribed in requests on designated client-supported applications Proficiency with ExpRESS and Microsoft Office products, esp.
