I'm looking for someone to create a 45 sec video of "How it works" for my car buying service. I would need help creating a character that defines my target segment and then story board the concept and walk users through the steps involved in using the service. The service basically takes the haggle out of buying a used car, and allows users to participate in what are currently dealers only auctions.
