I need someone to assist me with the following tasks: > Send Estimates and Invoices via Freshbooks > Update Project Statuses via Trello > Request items from clients > Create new projects via Trello > Monitor my emails for any tasks which may need to be completed via Gmail > Reply to customers emails based on conversations with me via Gmail > Monitor Zen Desk for support requests > Send support requests to developers > Update Highrise CRM with new Deals from Estimates entered in Freshbooks > Update Highrise CRM with new leads from our Lead generation > Send customers reminders if invoices are not paid within 7 days > Send customers reminders if invoices are not paid within 14 days > Send customers reminders if invoices are not paid within 21 days > Send developers instructions to suspend any account which is late by more than 30 days Generally keep me organized! :) 1099 Form Required. ------------------------------------------ Added 6 JUN 2012, 0:08 AM EDT REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING: Zendesk, Freshbook & Highrise experience.
