An rapidly growing high-street retailer is looking to recruit a qualified accountant to join their creative and motivated team. Helping to develop the finance function as they continue to expand, your key responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, process development and process improvement. This is a really exciting role where you will not only be involved with the aforementioned area but also in the strategy and managing internal relationships and external commercial partnerships. Furthermore you will have one direct report. The successful candidate will be qualified with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross functional relationships across the organisation and externally at all levels. Financial forecasting and report writing experience are essential. Project appraisal and contract review experience is desirable.
