Community Nurse (Band 6) Senior Community Nurse. Based in Swindon, ongoing temporary work with a weekly salary of approx £350 per week, plus shifts and overtime pay rates. As a Registered and Qualified Nurse, you will be able to evidence previous working experience of managing the needs of older and vulnerable people based in the local community. Supporting and co-ordinating the provision of skilled nursing care given by the evening or night service team is key to the success and reward of the role. Reporting to The Matron, will need to evidence proven capabilities in the management of staff, high volume case loads and the delivery of care through the crisis and rapid care provision and all associated services. Proven experience is community nursing, social care services and out of hours supervision must be evidenced.
