Contract 5 months £15,000 pro rata Monday - Friday Administrator My Client requires an enthusiastic, focused and efficient individual with both a high energy and a strong work ethic. Looking for an approachable and friendly candidate who has excellent communication and client facing abilities. This person will provide general administration support for all aspects of the business and especially those related to HR & Finance. They will also be the primary "meet and greet" contact for all visitors to the company. The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following; HR: Starters/Leavers * Handle the administration of the entire process for all starters (employees and contractors) * Handle the administration of the entire process for all leavers (employees and contractors) * Assist starters and leavers with Client security forms. Reports/Sickness/Holidays * Keep resource file and HRPro & payroll file up-to-date with employee information changes, payroll changes, sickness and holidays * Compile weekly status reports * Administer the sickness process, and update Sickness tracker on weekly basis and send to management * Administer the Holiday Booking process Adhoc: * Assist employees with general HR enquiries/ issues * Support to central HR management team * Submit employee references when required Finance: * Handle and process all employee expenses. * Assist Financial Controller with monthly invoices. General Administrative Activities: * Manage health care for employees * Manage Key fobs to building * Manage Tea/coffee ordering * Manage travel bookings when required * Purchase and track the IT equipment used by staff working on site at customer premises. This includes updating the Asset Tracker for all employees with customer specified laptops Core Areas of Skills & Experience * Able to deal with changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Good Excel, Outlook and Word skills * Highly organised individual, with great attention to detail and accuracy * Approachable with good inter-personal skills * Self Starter who can manage themselves in a busy and multi-tasking environment. * Good telephone skills/manner Benefit * Paid holiday plus bank holidays * Pension matched * Free parking * Stable company Availability: My client is looking to interview as soon as possible so you would need to be able to commit to interviews and start immediately.
