We are a young Startup based in the Munich Technology Center (MTZ) overlooking the city’s beautiful Olympiapark. Through the focused use of our online ecosystem we want to serve as valuable promoters of information, tools and synergies within the global building community. With this purpose, we will be launching a new platform to provide information on architecture from all over the world. If you want to be part of it, we are currently looking for a talented Designer, Web Designer – Absolvent / Young professional (m/w) You recently obtained a degree and want to translate your skills and love for design into reality. The role includes involvement at every stage of the design process, creating and implementing ideas for branding, web design and print media. Your responsibilities: Design concept, development and implementation of our Branding strategy. Content layout and pixel-perfect visual appearance of the platform, maintaining brand continuity. Design of new or updated functionalities and solutions with focus on usability. Production of strong and creative illustrations and page furniture. Hands-on work with developers to route implementation and improve usability. You bring in: In depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques. Familiarity with usability principles and user-centric design. Creativity, strong commitment to timelines and sharp attention to detail. Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and similar tools. Ability to create rapid prototypes in order to communicate design ideas, using both pencil & paper as well as appropriate software. Understanding of the web development process, bonus points for front-end web development skills using XHTML/CSS. We offer you: The chance to work on a great new project right from the start.
