Retail Systems Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Major retail company requires a 1st/2nd line Retail Systems Support Analyst to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract, in Fareham, Hampshire. This individual will provide technical support by telephone, remote access and email. If the problem cannot be fixed, you will be involved in onsite support for the different stores around the UK. PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Technical Requirements * 1st/2nd line application support experience * Network infrastructure knowledge * Retail EPOS software * Microsoft operating systems and Office packages The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in IT for a large retailer, and have gained an insight into working with EPOS software.
