We are looking to recruit a day time cleaning supervisor to work in a very busy demanding envrionment. Must have a proven track record in supervising staff The position is very hands on and involves all day to day management of staff . You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners. Dealing with staffing issues, payroll queries , illness, absences etc. To be able to ensure the team works effectively and to the highest standards. Training New Starters and providing ongoing training for the current team. To be able to provide enthusiasm to the role with a desire to ensure a quality cleaning service is provided. The hours of work will be on a rolling rota from 6am until 6pm (12 hour shifts) working on 4 days on and 4 days off. If you feel you have the relevant skills please contact Julie on 01274 200600
