Simple custom plugin required to allow the entry and update of 3 values by user for display in a custom widget and in posts/pages via a shortcode. Users should be able to select a form via the wordpress menu, where they can enter and update these values. The updated values can then be displayed in a custom widget, as well as used in a page or post by adding a shortcode to the page/post. Both the widget and page displays should have custom css for look and feel. Will only consider bidders with demonstrated experience in php/wordpress plugin development and strong design/css skills.
