An exciting opportunities has arisen for Food and Beverage Operatives based at the Inverness Thistle Hotel which is set 1 mile away from city centre.The hotel has 118 bedrooms including executive rooms and 3 meeting and event rooms. Ideally the candidates will have previous experience of working within a 3 stars establishment, delivering excellent standards. However a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is essential. Shifts can involve working daytime or evening and night time shifts, potentially involving late finishes. Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Operative will include carrying out opening/closing procedures, ensuring there is sufficient stock of all items for the day, actively selling food and drinks, take orders accurately and collecting orders from the kitchen promptly. Further, all the duties need to be carried out in compliance with the Thistle Operating Service Standards The rate of pay offered is up to 6.08 per hour plus uniform, meals on duty and 20 days holiday per annum.
