We are a consulting and technology firm (in business since 1990) that assists large commercial and industrial companies in auditing their past utility bills and recovering overcharges. On a forward basis, we review rates and negotiate more optimal costs per unit on behalf of the customer. We'll provide the general script and catch phrases or info to gain the interest and/or qualify the lead (based on certain info). We can also work with you initially on the delivery and so forth. We're looking for an individual to make the initial call, gauge the client's interest and forward the lead to our closer. This will be a pilot project in the market below before we expand the relationship. 1. Geographic Markets: South Carolina and Texas Alabama and Illinois 2. Who to call: a) (Middle Market Business Segment 1-to be provided upon contracting) - CEO or VP of Operations (sometimes can be controller but start at the top) b) (Middle Market Business Segment) - GM or Controller Roles 1. Develop Call Lists Subject to Our Approval based on business segments (e.g. doctors offices) that we are targeting. By the way, doctors' offices is not our target market. 2. Initial call to find out if the client has anyone providing such a service. If not, would they be interested and try to get information on what they're spending currently. 3. Forward contact's email and phone number with extension, as well as best time to call (or what time they arrive in the morning) 4. Weekly update calls with individual for our company that is managing your efforts. We will expect you to indicate how many calls were made that week, scheduled follow up calls and we'll also respond to any questions. Compensation: 1. Per lead generated $X (Quote Price) but we reserve the right to deduct any compensation on "leads" that are considered to be subpar (contact is not interested or is not the decision maker). We'll also have to discuss a max per month at least initially until we develop a comfort level with the telemarketer. 2. Bonus of $X (let you quote me a price) for each lead that is converted to Client Status. We reserve the right to decline to do business with any given client for any reason. NOTE: Compensation will be paid monthly (end of month) for all leads generated and for those clients that are converted to Clients. IMPORTANT: Please indicate whether you are quoting as an individual or part of a firm and where you obtain your business leads from. We don't provide those specific lists but instead provide the business segments and geographic markets. Although it is not our intent, we reserve the right to discontinue the relationship at any time for whatever reason.
