Acting as Project Clerk of Works for a number of Southwark’s schemes worth up to £30m, you will monitor day-to-day works activity, ensure compliance with contract documents and instructions, and keep full and accurate records of work progress. The requirement Confident, articulate, and able to cultivate excellent communication between parties involved in the construction process, you will have a good working knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry.
