Our client, a renowned Broadcasting Giant is recruiting for an experienced C# Developer for an initial 6 month contract based in West London. You will be part of the broadcast ADM Team. As a member of the team you will be working on the future development of the clients core scheduling system and enterprise grade workflow and integration software. Key responsibilities: * Driving solutions and architecture definition for large scale projects. * Development of a new products and components utilising C# and Oracle * Developing and maintaining existing .NET applications. Candidates are required to have the following experience and knowledge: * Significant software development in C# .NET preferably on .NET framework 4 and VS2010 although good experience of .NET framework 3.5 and VS2008 would be sufficient. * Track record of developing applications in an agile/scrum/TDD environment. * Capable of deconstructing complex problems into manageable requirements and then architecting and implementing sensible, reliable and pragmatic solutions within a large code base and on time * Hands on experience working on Oracle RDBMS (Oracle SQL). * Experience with the following frameworks is a must: * WCF * WPF * ASP.NET MVC * Entity Framework * Experience working with Oracle DBMS including the design and development of database functions and stored procedures.
