Need to develope a program using openCV Library. The camera is almost fixed and multiple persons are moving in the camera view field in outdoor environment where the shadows of persons also appear on the ground. It should filter out (remove) their shadow and track each person by assigning unique identity number. Whenever a new person entered into the scene he should get unique identity number and display a message in the form of text or sound about total number of persons present in the video. All persons are walking and they partially occluded by each other. Among them one person put his bag on the ground and get relax and start walking again. Another person suddenly bends towards the bag and took the bag and run away from that location. A kind of alert message (i.e. sound telling which id number did this) should come from the running code for this unusual activity (i.e. stealing a bag and run away). The code should process 30 frames per second and run (in real-time) on both offline video and online video (camera or Webcam connected through USB port of CPU). The scope of unusual activity should also cover the fighting between two or three persons, fall down of person on the ground, exchange the bags from each other etc. Desired Skills: C C++ Keywords: Software Application, C, C++
