IT- Telephony Support Officer
Job Specification IT- Telephony Support Officer Ref: VR/19152CC I am currently recruiting for a Telephony Support Officer to work with a Local Authority in Cheshire on a contract basis. You will assist in the management of the corporate telephony infrastructure and services and will provide technical support. You will provide support in managing Call Routing, Queue Messages, Scripts, Skills, and VDNs. You will ensure that all paperwork is delivered to a high standard, and will provide technical input and deliver of the telecoms infrastructure aspects of IT projects. You will pro-actively identify problems and trends and will propose solutions, and will assist in testing and delivering enhancements to existing products.
