Our company is looking for enthusiastic West Coast, East Coast, Midwest outside account executives, advertising sales rep, & sponsorship sales rep to join our successful team. The company focus on syndicated first run television series, live sports events, sports television series, concerts, print/digital magazine & media publishing, What We Are Seeking: The Company is actively seeking outside advertising sale representative and sponsorship sale representative to sale national (TV) Television commercial spots and sponsorship packages for syndicated television series, live events & concerts, parties, and sporting events. The company is also seeking representatives to sale ad space in print magazines, digital magazines, digital media, and websites. All opportunities are open for commission only based sales representative with 3+ year experience in sales and a track record in securing and closing deals with advertisers and sponsors. All representatives will seek a base commission rate with bonus for achieving and meeting sales goals. Motivated representatives could make 6 figures with sales of multiple sponsorship and advertising packages. Reps have unlimited sales earning potential. Organization is key due to representative could be selling sponsorship package and advertisement for multiple projects at once. This opportunity is open to outside sell representatives in all location in the US. Commission Percentage : - competitive commission rate Bonuses: Cash bonus will be paid to representatives that can sale 4+ Commercial Blocks monthly ($6000-15000k) Cash bonus will be paid to Sales representative that can close on at least 300K+ of sponsorship packages sold a month will see bonus of ($6000-20K+) Sales representatives that can close on at least ($20k+) of print, website and digital ads sales a month will see bonus of ($1000-3200) Areas of Focus TV Commercial Spots Sales: Syndicated TV series, Sports TV Series, Print Magazine, Sports, and entertainment, live events, concerts, and sport events. Experience and Skills · Experience of 3+ years in sponsorship sales, advertisement sales, partnerships and related fields. · Must have relationship & successful track record with the major Media Buyers, Ad Sales Agency, Advertisers, and Sponsorship Marketing Managers on national and local level of key targeted brands. · Develop prospective sponsorship contact list · Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with important decision makers at marketing companies and advertising agencies in a variety of business categories · Must be able to produce 25 - 40 paying clients per year · Must be able to communicate well with us weekly and keep record of your contacts with advertiser by email, phone, and etc. A excel template will be provided. · Organizational Skill are essential – You must keep a excel spread sheet of the advertisers you contact and person you spoke with information and their brief reply to advertising or sponsoring (lead list). · Sales Representatives must sell and close at least 4 blocks of commercial or sponsorship packages a month. · Sales representatives that focus on print, digital, and website must close on at least 4 a pages, website spaces, or digital media spots a month. · Must have strong negotiation and communication skills · Be able to successful generate leads via online research, networking, LinkedIn, Meet up, and more · Sales representatives should make at least 30-40 calls daily and follow up calls a week. · 2-4 references may be require further in the interview process. · Representatives will be responsible for sales of On-field/Event sales promotions, marketing, and advertising.
