In this role in Warren, New Jersey, you will: Design and code from specifications Analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software apps Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures Monitor program execution for expected performance Specific Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise): Bachelor's degree in area of specialty At least 6 - 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area Strong Java/J2EE development experience with WebSphere, Oracle DB, IBM MQ Series, Ant build scripts, and ClearCase Strong server side development experience with application performance and tuning focus Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality Excellent coding skills Excellent communication skills
