Input required data into a database. Draw and release closing documents to the Settlement Agent. Review and approve HUDs prior to closing. Review and clear closing conditions and authorize funding of the loan. Review all executed documents when received from a Settlement Agent. Scan loans and send required documents to the Post Closing Department. Work with Post Closing on any outstanding items that may be required. Work in a beautiful location, close to shopping, restaurants and highways. The selected Loan Closer must possess 2 or more years in closings in the mortgage industry.
