The Crabtree, in Lower Beeding RH13 6PT, is trading again and extremely busy. Located on the A281 (4 miles south of Horsham and 15 miles from Brighton) in a stunning location opposite South Lodge Hotel, with two beautiful gardens, a double barbecue, log fires, country walks and a genuinely warm welcome, it’s somewhere not to be missed. The Crabtree has quickly become known for great food. And despite being only 10 months old has achieved the coveted ‘Excellent’ rating on Trip Advisor, plus ‘Best Food Pub’. Menus feature a range of quintessential English dishes demonstrating the skill, elegance and expertise you would expect from Head Chef Mark Kinzel. All ingredients are carefully sourced from independent local producers within a 20 mile radius and if it isn’t in season it won’t be on the menu. Everything we create is of the finest quality - from home baked bread to ice creams and sorbets.
