Marketing & Communications Executive

In 2011 McLarens Young International merged with Airclaims, the world’s leading provider of claims, risk and asset management services to the aviation industry. Due to a period of Maternity Leave, we are looking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Executive on a 12 month Fixed-term Contract basis. Based at our Airclaims Head Office at London Heathrow, you will be reporting directly into the Director of Marketing. Working closely with the Regional Directors and Department Heads, you will be responsible for ensuring corporate objectives and targets are met, through the delivery of timed and consistent marketing activity. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Production and implementation of B2B online communications (website content, e-newsletters, social media, and online marketing campaigns) Organisation and management of internal/external events worldwide, possibly including some overseas, such as hospitality days, seminars, conferences and Airclaims annual customer training course Management of 3rd party supplier relationships, including both marketing agencies and suppliers of promotional goods, to ensure projects and products are delivered on time and on brand Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Regional Directors and Business Development Team to deliver strategic marketing campaigns to ensure MYI and Airclaims retain market share and profitability Ongoing rebranding of Airclaims marketing collateral and website Ongoing industry and customer research Copywriting for internal and external communications Supervising the Marketing Assistant, in the Director’s absence The ideal candidate will be: Graduate calibre or CIM qualified Marketing professional with sufficient practical marketing experience in d esign - proficient user of packages such as Photoshop and InDesign, w ebsite and intranet design and administration, m anaging marketing campaigns, c opy writing, project development, research and drafting correspondence Able to work independently to meet deadlines Passionate about marketing and wanting to pursue a career in this field Ability to communicate at all levels Excellent computer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Only candidates with the right to reside and work in the EU can be considered and candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of our Heathrow office.
