The Benefit Analyst, who is responsible for research, analysis, administration and compliance related activities, provides high level support related to all benefit functions and plans. Job Qualifications • 5-7 years of prior experience in benefits administration • Knowledge of all pertinent regulations, filing and compliance requirements, effecting employee benefit programs • Strong verbal and written communications skills • High attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or similar field Job Responsibilities • Assist with all aspects of open enrollment activities • Assure compliance with HCRs Summary of Benefit and Coverage, SPD requirements, etc. • Contribute to selection and implementation of a new wellness vendor • Support rollout of leave of absence process change and training • Work with record keeper and external counsel to ensure 401(k) compliance • Assist employees with claim resolution • Research state and local laws related to benefits for state expansion activities • Manage FSA open enrollment and packet completion • Benchmark benefit plans and assisting with analysis Apply Online Send your resume to resumes@BTHRsolutions.com Call 888.893.7472 BTHR Solutions is exclusively dedicated to serving the HR community.
