This is a challenging opportunity to play the Lead Functional Role on a project. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the area of Master Data Management (Customer Hub, Product Hub). technologies. Knowledge: Required: Hands-on knowledge working with Oracle eBusiness Suite ( EBS ), Product Information Master ( PIM ), Inventory, BOM, Engineering modules Should have working knowledge of Oracle Product Workbench Expert level ability to create solution design documents / functional design documents Preferred: Hands on knowledge of Oracle’s MDM suite of technologies Siebel UCM, Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ), Oracle PIM, EDQp. Hands on knowledge of data profiling tools, strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. Experience: 5 + years of Functional / Technical Lead experience on Oracle Product Data Hub (PIM) projects Experience as a Functional Lead for 2 full lifecycle Oracle projects (10+ people, $1 million+ and 6 month or more project duration) Experience managing teams of 5+ Business Analysts, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, gap/fit, solution design, functional design, data profiling, development best practices, BDM development, IIR development, testing (UT, QA, UAT), bug fixing, change management, deployment, and post production support Expert skills in the area of coaching and mentoring junior team members Personality: out-going, good communicator, detail oriented, organized, self motivated, team focused, results oriented, excellent customer facing skills and not afraid to ask for help.
