We need an advanced css html coder and psd splicer for a project someone that is very good at producing clean and efficient css/html code. Able to take psd files and splice them as needed from the provided design. Our project is to take PSD files of online forms and splice the psd into an online form. We will have 6 uniquely designed forms (psd files) and each form will have 6 color variations of the same form. Using css and html to produce a finished online form. The final code must be provided and must work. The coder must be available for trouble shooting and have good communications skills. Preferably available for skype chat if needed.
