In this position candidates will be updating content and designing client-facing websites JOB REQUIREMENTS: Continuous addition, change and update of web site content (text and graphics) to maintain current information. Bachelor’s Degree in web development, web design or a related field. Minimum 2 years work experience in web design or web development. Knowledge of HTML XHTML, CSS, general layout, site architecture and construction, design theory and production tools. Demonstrated understanding of the worldwide web, internet/intranet applications within a business environment, system support/technology infrastructure. Ability to design for cross browser compatibility, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and others. Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and others. Ability to create graphical representations with Adobe Photoshop and convert for web implementation. Knowledge of both Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems. Significant autonomy; works independently and manages own workload/projects.
