The Judge Group has an immediate need for a Graphic Designer for a 3-6 month contract for a potential right to hire in the Mt. Laurel, NJ area. JOB DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail. The ability to create engaging designs that convert visitors into sales/leads is crucial.　 Must respond well to constructive criticism and be comfortable working with client and manager feedback.　 A knowledge of the Adobe CS5 products is a MUST . The applicant should be comfortable working on multiple projects at one time and be able to switch gears between them quickly.　 An understanding of basic development languages is a plus as well. The Web/Graphic Designer will have varied responsibilities. Day to day functions are to create, update and provide insight into the various designs that he/she has created.　 Attention to detail and willingness to understand and implement client feedback are a necessity.　 Specific requirements include: Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) WordPress Content Management System HTML/XHTML/CSS Familiarity with Web 2.0 design practices Familiarity with SEO best-practices JQuery, AJAX, Javascript are a plus Any PHP or .NET experience is a bonus.
