Our large direct client is looking for an excellent Business Analyst to work with teams of IT professionals in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Overtime: straight time 3-5 years of recent hand-on experience in each of the SDLC phases to include but not limited to Planning, Analysis, Requirement, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment Excellent verbal and written business communication skills for audiences ranging from staff to senior management. Personable, energetic, able to maintain a good customer service disposition despite adversity. Organized, able to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic workgroup. Strong analytical skills, able to independently research and document conclusions. Working knowledge of the SDLC, Project Management best practices. Excellent at using Microsoft s Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project. Experienced at creating documentation in support of software development such as requirements, creating test cases, design specifications etc Experienced at creating Visio workflow diagrams from interviews with Subject Matter Experience.
