Title: Instructional Designer Type: Contract - 12 months Location: Atlanta, GA The Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for working with Project Managers (PM) to successfully develop training programs for customer service representatives globally across all business units. Standard ISD processes, such as the ADDIE learning model, are used to design and develop custom business process and systems training programs including instructor-led and E-learning courses. Key Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Instructional Design - 3+ years preferred Expertise in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency using HTML and E-learning authoring tools (eg Captivate, Camtasia, Flash, Articulate, Lectora). Captivate 5 experience required.
