PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the strategic design and architecture of a complex, high-scale enterprise Identity and IAM program focused on integrating new systems and applications. Responsible for establishing and communicating technical standards to reduce duplication of coding effort and increase code reuse. Responsible for developing enterprise strategy for access request, provisioning, and review. Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements. Ensures the quality of deliverables across multiple projects in terms of supporting requirements analysis and the technical architecture. Works with other architecture experts and Program Management Office to ensure integrations are appropriately prioritized and support the business and IT strategic plan. Supports the evolution of the Identity and Access Management program and strategy by implementing and leading integration processes, framework and activities Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Develops prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes. Work with multiple project teams with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Provides input on staffing, budget and personnel. REQUIRED SKILLS: Total of 10 years IT Experience with 7yrs or more experience in IDM solutions based on SUN or ORACLE IAM (SIM, OIA, OIM) products Good understanding of Access Governance Framework and mythology Must have done IAM architecture assessment for the clients Design and Architecture of IAM in the cloud using Open source or commercial platforms Strong skills in Authentication ; authorization; federation; Data security and managing Identities in the cloud Strong skills on Open standards such as SAML, XACML, SPML etc. Strong skills in cloud infrastructure for IAM Strong skills in Access Management Technology (OAM, CA Site Minder, RSA). DESIRED SKILLS: The following skills are not required , but are a plus: CA-Access Manager, CA-Federation Manager, CA-Identity Manager, CA-IDM Suite, CA-Siteminder Sailpoint Compliance Manager, SailPoint Request Manager, SailPoint Role Manager Tivoli Federated Identity Manager - TFIM, Tivoli Identity Management – TIM Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related discipline.
