We are seeking a well-rounded, motivated Senior Network Engineer to work on new system design, architecture, engineering and implementation. Job Description ------------------ The Senior Network Engineer will assist in the architecture, design, deployment, administration and maintenance of all production and other mission critical low-latency network infrastructure for their high-frequency trading business. Implement hardware and IOS upgrades, vendor-based solutions, and other datacenter performance optimizations. • Participate in and drive design and implementation projects for the low-latency network infrastructure • Troubleshoot and repair network problems. • Maintain relevant and current knowledge within assigned technical fields. • Assist in the installation and maintenance of network cable plant. • Provide necessary device configurations as required. • Create and maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams. • Communicate and interact with other team members • Recommend new processes, procedures, equipment and software. Qualifications ---------------- • Cisco (CCIE S&R preferred), Nexus • Low-Latency • High-Frequency Trading experience • Some experience in Financial Services • Posses strong network troubleshooting skills.
