We are looking for an Experience Drupal Developer who is up for a challenge. We are at the end of a long and complex project and need to close it out as soon as possible. Duties and Responsibilities: ·         Create, enhance , and maintain web sites built on the Drupal content management framework ·         Develop custom Drupal modules – with an emphasis on scalability and reusability across a large number of web sites ·         Participate in all aspects of website development: analysis, planning, te sting, development, and maintenance ·         C ollabo ration with several teammates in d evelopment and editing of Drupal modules and themes ·         Involved in the creative and conceptual development of several internal and e xternal websites ·         D evelopment and support of our existing Drupal systems-- web and mobile application development-- using a strong background in Drupal, object-oriented design, application architecture and creation of a nd adherence to best practices   Position Qualifications: ·         Extensive experience with developing and customiz ing Drupal themes and templates ·         Advanced OO knowledge ·         Expert-level proficiency in HTML, H TML5, CSS, XML, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX , JQuery , PHP/SQL and MySQL Database design, management, and integration with at least 3+ years experience ·         Advanced Drupal CMS skills ( v 6 and i deally v 7) including development , architecture, and back-end with a focus on best practices and security ·         Advanced-level proficiency with module creation, integration, and customization ·         Extensive experience with creating and maintain in g large-scale Drupal websites ·         Have strong problem solving skills and a passion for writing solid, tested code ·         Experience working with Solr and other search engines ·         Extensive experiences with web development tools including PHP and Drush , JavaScript, HTML, CSS and MySQL ·         Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN ·         Some familiarity with Java ·         Strong analyt ical and problem-solving skills ·         Strong work ethic, flexibility , and capacity to work in a team environment ·         Shows enthusiasm and creativity when assigned challenging tasks ·         Designing, building and implementing new web con tent and sites using Drupal CMS ·         Experience with i18n & multi-lingual sites ·         Experience working in LAMP & WAMP environments required ·         Experience working with SVN, GIT, and Drush ·         Experience dealing with multiple tier deployment ( Dev , Stage, Production) ·         At least 1-3 years experience with Apache 2.2 web server, including configuration, mod_rewrite , and mod_security ·         Experience with Alfresco a plus   Primary technologies used in this environment are: ·         Drupal ·          PHP ·         RESTful Web Services ·         Linux (RHEL/ CentOS ) ·         MySQL ·         Web Standards and practices (HTTP, AJAX, etc . ) ·         Lucene Solr ·          Apache   Education: ·         Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field ·         T echnical certifications   Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.   Candidates must provide samples of work.
