Our direct client is looking for a Project Manager for a software development project. This position is available immediately for the right person. Job Information The PM will work with our Corporate Law Information Management Team and Matter Management Team which will be deploying an IM Program in the US and some of our core toolsets in 26 different countries. One project is currently in-flight developing document management & workflow processes in SharePoint 2010. The other project is new and will be deploying existing systems and the new document management system globally. This PM position could potentially last through 2014. Required Skill sets Strong IT Project Management experience with projects greater than $2MM (7+ years – PMP certification preferred) Experience with software development projects (5+ years) - good understanding of business requirements, functional specifications, testing practices. Vendor software deployment experience (2+ years) Global deployment experience (2+ years) and experience managing a globally diverse team (2+ years) Experience with developing and implementing Information Management systems (preferred) Legal domain experience (preferred) Program Management experience (preferred) Chevron experience (preferred) Strong multitasking skills (2 projects will run in concurrence) Very strong people skills and impeccable communication skills Drives for results, strong influencing and negotiation skills
