This is an exciting position that will play a key role in building and maintaining the systems for invoicing, forecasting and budgeting processes for the global outsourced Call Center business. Here's what you'll do... Develop strong relationships with business partners and a deep understanding of business processes and needs. You will act as a strong customer advocate and trusted IT Advisor to the business. You will be a Subject Matter Expert on the invoicing applications and database. Participate in the on-going development and maintenance of the current systems. Ensure all development activities are in accordance with stringent internal privacy, security and accessibility requirements. Ensure high quality code is developed and reused where possible. Respond to Production Support issues with troubleshooting and analysis. Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot data issues. Support business requests for ad hoc data. Responsible for monthly reporting production with a strict attention to detail. This is an estimated 1 year Contingent/Temporary position with the possibility of an extension and located in Redmond, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources also located in Redmond, WA. Requirements: Support Analyst (Mid-Level Experience) Qualifications: 5-6 years demonstrated work experience in IT or Finance and data analysis. BA/BS in Computer Science. Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies. Strong SQL knowledge. Experience with Integration Service (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS), MS Access, MS Excel and PowerPoint. Data analysis skills utilizing Excel pivot tables, Access, Visual Basic for Applications. DBA skills are a great bonus and nice to have. Soft Skills: Strong problem resolution, judgment, negotiating/prioritization and decision making skills. Excellent written/verbal communication with the ability to articulate complex processes to a non-technical audience. Strong analytical thinker with problem solving skills and an eye for detail. Team Player who can effectively work with multiple workgroups. Task oriented and self motivated with a dedicated work ethic.
