User Experience Specialist
We are seeking an outstanding individual contributor to support the creation of a complex insurance system being built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, specifically CRM 2011. This role will apply the skills of user experience to leverage the out of the box capabilities of the CRM platform to create a useable information system with efficient customer interactions. This role must have an in-depth working knowledge of the CRM platform's capabilities and be able to work with the client to understand their needs and demonstrate how their needs can be met through the capabilities of the system. This role will interact as a part of a cross functional team to provide a complete solution that will include custom code when the out of the box functionality is insufficient. In the case of custom code, this person must apply user experience techniques to demonstrate potential functionality modeled thru storyboards, wireframes, or prototypes in conjunction with the development staff for the users to validate. Employment requires a government background investigation and drug screening. Travel should not be required as the preference is that this work will be performed on-site. The successful User Experience Specialist applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): A Bachelor's Degree with three (3) or more years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and one (1) or more years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Possess excellent oral and technical written communications skills Preferences: Working experience with Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010, Visio Professional 2007, and SharePoint Working understanding of the Microsoft Sure Step Methodology is a plus
