C# Application Development Analyst - Workflow Jacksonville, FL JOB DESCRIPTION Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Reviews recommendations and makes decisions regarding the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. Has significant experience in systems analysis, design and an expert understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. BREADTH: Lead/expert level role. Defines and discerns key aspects of problems that require analysis and research, and develops an integrated solution within a broad technical and business context of significant or strategic impact. Works on varied, highly complex projects that require expertise in multiple technical environments and specific business area(s). Recognized as an expert internally and often provides strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services. Works on one or more projects as a project team member or often as a project lead. May coach and/or mentor more junior technical staff. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline. Or equivalent work experience. 7 or more years of programming/systems analysis experience. Mastery-level technical and business expertise in multiple disciplines/processes.
