Newly formed single member LLC (Delaware) requests legal expertise in reviewing, suggesting improvements, areas of weakness to Operating Agreement. I currently have an approx. 15 page template prepared as part of service provided by Registered Agent though some Articles do not seem pertinent to my situation and I wonder if I need to clarify others better. Would prefer to get this finished with the next 5 business days...will pay more for work completed within this time period.
