PART-TIME HR Advisor - 6 Month Contract
Our West malling based client is looking to recruit a part-time HR Advisor to cover a contracted period of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant and proactive HR team that are focused on providing a professional and customer centric experience. Your role will be to provide daily support to the management team regarding all operational HR matters. Ensuring that high standards are adopted and maintained in all aspects of HR practice. Duties: Supporting line managers with formal processes including coordinating hearings, drafting related correspondence and recording of notes Responding to emails sent to HR inbox in conjunction with the other HR Business Advisers Liaise with the payroll team for remuneration or benefit changes within the client group Processing changes of terms, movers, leavers and any other contractual changes Maintaining up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation, market conditions and HR best practice Recruitment: Placing of internal and external adverts Sourcing and screening of candidate applications according to business criteria Liaising with preferred recruitment agencies and other recruitment sources to maintain a pipeline of talented candidates Coordinating assessment centres and all recruitment processes Coordinating the process for new starters Operational advice and support to the business on HR issues including: Absence management Maternity and paternity requests Change management Appraisal, KPI, salary and bonus review processes Performance management Probation reviews Flexible working requests Hours: 15 hours per week, over 2 days If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience and are ideally Part or fully CIPD qualified, please forward your CV to Gemma Edwards
