Senior Project Manager for Finance IT (SAP). The organisation is embarking on a major change initiative to rationalise their Global Record-to-Report landscape and are seeking an SAP Programme/Project manager who will be responsible for delivering complex Finance Application Solutions to the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Group Finance IT from start-up to completion, within stringent time-frames and budgets of 5-15m. The candidate will have progressed from an SAP background within a Global, Industry leading organisation or w world-class consultancy. The ideal candidate must show demonstrable experience in; *Multiple SAP Finance (FICO) Deployments within a complex environment *Good knowledge of finance business process, system architecture and technology standards *Maintain control of the Project timelines, quality, project objectives and cost control *Ability to engage with Senior stakeholder in the Business (Finance Director) and IT (CxO/VP) *Strong negotiating skills including vendor management *Proven leadership skills to direct a project team of 10-50 people onshore and offshore *Capability to think strategically and globally within a single SAP vision *Communicate and advocate the SAP Finance (FICO) deployment across the Group IT *Experienced in managing high pressured and complex IT landscapes. *Typical background would be as; SAP Programme/Project Manager, FICO Programme/Project Manager *Knowledge of project delivery methodology highly desirable (PMI, Prince2 etc.) The organisation has established a new IT Programme delivery function and the Finance IT Project Manager is crucial to this division's success.
