HR Advisor - Media
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to work for an international business in the media/entertainment industry. Working with the HR Manager you will be able to work on key HR activities and projects across an international remit including performance management and talent management. You will have excellent reporting skills and will be able to analyse HR information and present this in a clear and concise manner. In addition you will had had previous experience of payroll as this role will involve processing payroll calculations for a client base of 75 staff before the payroll is sent to an external provider. You must have previously done basic payroll calculations and understand P45s, P60s and P11Ds. In addition you must have excellent excel skills. You will have a strong HR generalist background and will be keen to work with a forward thinking international business. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level or equivalent. You will have worked in a fast-paced commercial environment. This is a 12 month contract to start as soon as possible.
