Technical writer to develop standard operating procedures for the Demand Response Team. Procedures will represent information on how to operate and maintain the technologies associated with full implementation of the suite of five projects associated with this Program Work with subject matter experts to develop outline; work with existing process maps and requirements documentation to craft detailed procedure documents. In some cases, existing procedures may need to be updated, however most will be new procedures. Also work with SME's to assist in writing training documentation for procedure changes where applicable Qualifications: We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will be able to write new operating procedures based on design documentation including process flow maps, requirements descriptions, and existing procedure documents where applicable. Technical SOP writing experience Experience with developing presentations Experienced in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong writing skills and be self motivated. Comfortable working with subject matter experts in a project based environment and facilitating groups of SMEs with the identification of procedural needs Flexibility is a must Experience in writing training documentation for procedures is a must.
