Customer Service Representative
Qualifications: Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests. Responsibilities: Create/maintain data in SAP to support order, ship, invoice systems. Understand SAP work roles, and after strict review for compliance, enter Data into appropriate SAP environment. Gather data from businesses, review for completion, accuracy and proper approvals, load into appropriate SAP system. Provide support to create/maintain customer and material masters at Corporate and organization levels. Must understand financial function as it relates to Data, rules around Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance, and ensure all legal ethical and SOX requirements are being met when creating or changing data. Must know, understand and comply with corporate data standards. Note: We accept only US Citizens / Green card holders profiles.
