For our client Aston Carter is looking for a SAP Senior Functional CRM Consultant. Mission starts ASAP and will last for at least 6 months. Very high possibility that the mission will be extended. Responsibilities: - Assist the team in the design and realisation of CRM business processes in the area of customer contact management, marketing management & sales through all the project phases - Design phase: 1.Design the SAP CRM solution as well as execute fit- gap analysis between SAP CRM solution and existing processes and systems 2.Define functional specifications of the Sales, Service & Marketing Management Process and of the needed interfaces (with Back Office applications - SAP ECC and others - SAP BW environment, portals, Legacy systems) - Realisation phase: 1.Customize the CRM Application based on business blueprint 2.Customize the CRM web UI (CRM 7.0) 3.Coordinate with the technical team all types of developments - Responsible for testing, training and transition to production Required functional/ technical knowledge: - Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP CRM in at least one of the following areas: 1.SAP CRM Business Partners 2.SAP CRM (Pre)Sales 3.SAP CRM Contract Management 4.Middleware - Excellent knowledge of CRM Business processes in a B2B and B2C environment Other required skills: - Team player - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint and Word techniques If you are interested and match the requirements, please apply with your English Word CV.
