Location: Central London Type: Temporary - ongoing Salary: £8.00 per hour Client Profile: Our client is an international consulting and market research firm servicing the Financial Services sector. We are currently hiring for experienced telephone interviewers to work on a substantial and ongoing project covering the U.K., U.S., Canada, South Africa and Australia. Due to the geographical locations of the telephone respondents, flexibility and willingness to work outside the typical 9-5 hours is preferred (e.g. up until 8pm for North America and possibly overnight for Australia). Role Description: The role will be to conduct telephone-based market research over the telephone. The focus will be on financial services solutions offered by banks or lending institutions across a number of different locations (U.K., U.S.A., Australia, South Africa and Canada). The work is likely to involve a combination of online research (website auditing) and telephone market research, so applicants must be comfortable speaking to people from a range of different sectors at all levels. Further information will be provided upon project briefing/launch. Person Specification: Successful candidates will have existing B2B telephone market research experience (telephone interviewing) and will be confident in interviewing respondents in English. Knowledge of or experience within the Financial Services Market Research sector is preferred. A confident telephone manner, reliability and professionalism are essential, coupled with a flexible approach to working hours.
