Our QAEs are able to understand software at the code level, debug problems using log files, and write automated tests with Perl / JavaScripts and/or user-level automated tools. They work with Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementation. QAEs also work with Product Management, Merchandising, and Customer Support to understand customer usage. QAEs create test plans and suites which intelligently target risk areas, and seek ways to push the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies. Basic Qualifications: * BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience * Five or more years of QA experience * Strong knowledge of QA Methodology and tools Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files * Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings * Strong organizational skills; tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and be able to synthesize the results * Show creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness * Experience in working on Mobile devices is preferred * Experience in Perl / Python scripting and user-level automation is preferred
