Recruitment Consultant (Maternity leave)

We now have an opportunity for you to join us and be part of our winning team based at our Bangor office, managing our temporary workforce. We are now seeking an experienced Temps Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm and growing temps desk. In your role you would help job-seekers find the right job for and employers the right people to work for them. Match making would be your main priority ensuring both job seeker and employer are totally satisfied with the placement. Duties will include: · Developing business with new clients over the phone · Attending business meetings with new and existing clients · Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and spotting opportunities for further business · Sourcing candidates to match your clients recruitment needs · Advertising vacancies in a professional and attractive manner in order to attract the best candidates · Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interviews · Negotiating offers between your clients and candidates · Delivering outstanding customer service · Ensure all processes are meeting agreed REC standards The successful applicant will be an experienced Recruitment consultant with previous experience of managing a temps desks, in addition to the following: Proven Business to Business sales ability ideally within a Recruitment role Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Educated to degree level within Business, Sales, Marketing or Law or equivalent through experience Excellent at developing long standing relationships within a business environment Possess a positive outlook, a can do attitude and the desire to go the extra mile Be passionate about delivering superior customer service Excellent organisational and administrative skills Excellent IT Skills Presentable, professional and friendly disposition Full driving license and own vehicle Welsh speaking highly desirable The role is a combination of desk and field based and will involve visiting clients/other appropriate institutions in the locality, which may include working out of hours on occasion. This position will be a temporary position to cover maternity leave and will begin on the 31st August 2012 for up to 12 months. Working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Based from our Bangor office. Closing date Friday 7th July 2012.
