Our financial services client is looking for a Social Collaboration/Social software consultant. The company will be rolling out Cisco Quad soon and would like an expert in social collaboration to help implement it into the company's culture. They would like the consultant to educate the employees on how it works best inside an organization and what needs to be done in order for new groups to adopt it. The ideal candidate would be essentially selling the benefit of using it to each unit within the company and assisting them in adoption. The candidate does not need to have specific Quad experience but similar experience with any social collaboration tool would be necessary.
