Cincinnati Modis is assisting their local Cincinnati client in finding an exceptional .Net /HTML Application Analyst for a 6 month (extendable) or right-to-hire contract. Overview: We have an immediate need for a .Net / HTML Application Analyst and Developer (15083). This is a six month contract with the possibility of renewal or right to hire. Note the interview process is as follows: phone screen, personal interview, second personal interview and then offer. Responsibilities: IRC Unemployment Database Project - potentially hosted on Microsoft Azure ADT Website Redesign Project Assisting with the maintenance of existing in-house applications which include Microsoft Access Essential Job Functions: - Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems - Prepares detailed design specifications from which programs will be written. - Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains application programs. - Consults with users or other IT professionals to resolve issues with programs. Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines. Provides estimates for planned work. - Maintains and develops business knowledge and customer relationships. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: .NET developer skills Experience in the standard front end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript) Experience in MVC framework preferred but webforms would be acceptable Experience with AJAX using either JQuery (MVC, again preferred) or Microsoft Ajax (web forms) Experience in Entity Framework 4 ORM Optional -- Experience in developing against Microsoft Azure cloud platform Job Profile: - Participates in all phases of complex Application Analysis and Design components based on requirements. - Performs complex maintenance and problem resolution on software applications.
